Melons are made up of over 90% water, making them excellent for cleansing and rehydrating the body.
Description
Both orange-fleshed and green-fleshed honeydew melons originated in Asia; it is believed they were growing in the region as early as 2400 b.c. A slight 'bloom', faint netting or freckles, a gentle give and a slightly sticky feeling all indicate a ripe melon. We use their versatile pulp to create the fantastic surfactant paper that makes the base for our new wash sheets and washcards.
