We use lavender flowers (Lavandula angustifolia) that have been cultivated in Provence, France.
Description
Lavender has strongly scented violet flowers in summer.
Its flowers are spikes approximately 30cm long, on stems 50cm high.
These clusters are lavender sprigs. These are harvested and dried.
Lavenders are a popular feature of herb gardens.
We use a sprig of lavender to decorate our continental A French Kiss Bubble Bar. It complements the beautiful colours and shows that we use real lavender in our product.
