How to use:
Scoop out a little toothpaste with a dry toothbrush, wet and brush. Rinse and spit till your mouth is clear. Use Plaque Sabbath as one part of a healthy mouth routine, alongside regular flossing or interdental brushes. Visit your dentist and hygienist regularly.

How to store:
Pop the lid back on in between uses to keep the toothpaste fresh and clean.
